1. Circumstances Beyond Our Control:

We understand that unforeseen events can disrupt travel plans. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as war, threat of war, airport closures, landslides, train delay, train cancellation, pandemics, epidemics, natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activities, civil unrest, industrial disputes, or bad weather, we cannot accept responsibility for any resulting changes to your booked tour. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide compensation or cover losses arising from such situations. 


2. Your Responsibility:

We want all our customers to have a carefree holiday, but we need your cooperation to make it happen. You are responsible for your actions and their impact on others. If your behavior poses a risk to others, disturbs fellow travelers or staff, damages property, or renders you unfit to travel, we reserve the right to terminate your tour without liability for any refund or compensation. Alternatively, we may allow you to continue the tour with additional terms at our discretion.

In addition to the impact on others, you are responsible for your safety and the condition of the property you occupy. We are not liable for accidents resulting from irresponsible behavior or similar situations.

While we want you to enjoy your holiday, we urge responsible alcohol consumption. We assume no liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from impaired judgment due to alcohol consumption.

You and your traveling party are jointly and individually liable for any damage to accommodation or property. Please report breakages, defects, or damage immediately to the appropriate person.

You are also responsible for any costs incurred due to behavior causing a diversion. We cannot accept liability for the actions of others in your accommodation or for facilities/services withdrawn due to their actions.


3. Complaints:

We strive to provide the best possible tour experience. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied, please report them promptly to the relevant person (e.g., accommodation management or transport supplier). If the issue persists, contact your tour representative. If no representative is available, reach out to us at the provided Email ID or Phone Number. Please note that complaints or refund requests will not be entertained after the tour concludes.
