Bhandardara New Year Camping are the best camping experience on welcoming new year. Unlike other camping places near Mumbai, the Camping is a very Special place at Bhandardara Hill Station is a pristine water reservoir and also a famous gateway near Igatpuri. The shining blue-green water of Lake and the surrounding mountains makes for a great treat to the eyes. And when the Sun dips low, enjoy the view of millions of the stars in the endless sky as you doze into a cozy yet comfortable slumber. Authentic village meal, live music till welcoming new year with fireworks….And who wouldn’t want to wake up to the chirping of birds in the bright morning sky right before sunrise.
Our Campsite is totally private also located in Lakefront view, nested in Pabhargad, Ghanchakkar, Bhairavgad, Gavlideo, Kalasubai, Ratangad, AMK mountain ranges mesmerizing surrounding view.

We have previous 6 years of previous experience arranging new years eve camping at different location and around 650+ satisfied clients only for new year camping. Along with we are into 9+ years into Sahyadri and Himalayan treks, exploration, tours and last but not least rescue and relief work as well.

- New Year Batch-2: 31st Dec 2023 to 1st Jan 2023 ( Sun – Mon)
Bhandardara New Year Camping Cost 2023:

1100/- Kids Below 10-Years (Self Travel till Campsite) Site Location will share post confirmation.

- Kids below 5 year as complimentary but no separate seat or meal.
The itinerary for the Events will be as follows:
Day:0 – Sat 30 Dec 2023 ( Batch-1) | Sun 31 Dec 2023 (Batch-2)
- Self travel Leave Mumbai/Pune by at 10/11am, it will take 4/5hrs drive due to some bad road patch and traffic also effect delay.
Drive trail from Mumbai
- ( Mumbai – Thane – Kasara – Igatpuri – Bhawali dam road – Be caution here as hair pin turns avoid over taking – Ambewadi – Bari – Shendi Phata – Murshet – Ud-dhavane – Campsite)
Drive trail from Pune
- ( Pune – Otur / Alephata – Rajur – Shendi Phata – Murshet – Ud-dhavane – Campsite)
- Exact location pin will share 2 days prior event day for the confirmed people only.
Ex-Kasara travel catch below train as per schedule mentioned.
- Do not miss train as there is no alternative travel available onwards toward campsite.
- Mumbai CSMT: 10:16am | Dadar: 10:29am | Kurla: 10:36am | Ghatkopar: 10:40am | Thane: 10:57am | Kalyan: 11:21am | Kasara: 12:34pm
- 12:40pm – Common meeting point at Kasara station middle ticket counter. ( Coordinator name and number will be share 2 day prior event.)
- Transfer to pre-booked jeep and head to campsite. (10 Person per jeep.)
- 13:00pm – Halt for quick lunch/snacks/washroom at Baba-ka-dhaba. ( Strictly for 30-40min)
- 14:00pm – Start 2.5 hrs drive to campsite. Rest in vehicle.
- 16:00pm – Forest check-post.
- 17:00pm – Check in campsite ( Self travel / Ex-Kasara travel. ). Tent allotment and spend some quality time near lake shore.
- 18:00pm – Drive to Ghatandevi Sunset point the edge at konkankada. Witness mesmerizing sunset.
- 19:00pm – Back to Camp. Have tea and snacks. Further spend quality time with friends. Music over trolley speakers. ( Full fledged sound system not allowed as per new forest restrictions.)
- Live acoustic guitarist performance till dinner call.
- 21:00pm- Dinner call ( Veg / N-veg )
- Music continues till countdown fireworks and welcoming new year.
- Spend time with bonfire and guitarist music till midnight and retire of day.
Day:0 – Sun 31 Dec 2023 ( Batch-1) | Mon 1 Jan 2024 (Batch-2)
- 05:15am – Wake-up call for those who wish Sunrise trek to one of the offbeat Parvyachi Dhaar – Ridge walk like temple run game. We will back to camp by 08:00am.
- 07:30am – Finale Wakeup call for rest people witness new year first day mesmerizing sunrise.
- 08:30am – Bf/Tea and Freshen-up. Dive into Lake fresh water. Change cloths.
- 09:30am – Check out from campsite and event concluded with memories.
IMP Note:
- This is not leisure glamping site. Spent quality time away from crowded and loud free location and peaceful beginning of new year.
- We are not sale any kind of alcohol at our campsite. You can carry your own alcohol along with proper 1 day permit which issued from liquor shop.
- Make sure and be sober at campsite. If anyone found disturbing other privacy then said person will immediate or forcefully boycott from campsite.
- Any kind of recreational drugs not allowed to intake or possessed at camp, if anyone found he/she will be solely responsible.
- If found disrupting other person/group privacy then he/she/group will be handed over to patrolling staff.
- Checkout kids payment policy before booking.

Things to carry:
- Rucksack or bag to carry all things (Compulsory)
- Winter clothing and jacket.
- Extra pair of cloths.
- Extra chaddar to pullover.
- Some ready eat food like plum cake, biscuits, fruits Paratha/Thepala/Boiled Eggs/Dates Etc. (Compulsory)
- Glucon-D or Electrolytes
- Drinking water min 2-ltr ( Water Jars available at camp.)
- Personal medicine if any
- Headlamp or Torch
- Good grip shoes or Floaters.

Registration/Booking
- Participant needs to obtain Online (through website link) or Offline (Via NEFT/Gpay/IMPS) method for confirming seat.
- Online method consist website checkout with the integration of Cc-avenue payment gateway in such case participant has to paid fully 100% of the event cost + 3% of payment gateway charges. In the offline method participant needs to transfer minimum 50% of the event amount for offline registration before 10 days of actual event remaining 50% before one day of actual event. (Sahyadri Event)
- For Event more then 4 days or any Himalayan Event participant needs to transfer minimum 50% of the event amount before 30 days of Event & remaining 50% before 5 days of Event.
- The remaining amount should be deposited as per registration policy or else the booking is liable to be cancelled without no refund.
- The payment should be done as per the modes mentioned above only.
- As merchant we provide EMI basis tour booking with integration of Cc-avenue payment gateway. EMI option available only with website check-out option.
- In case of cancellation of EMI booking confirmation facility holder 10% of tour cost + additional applicable cancellation charges will be deducted. (For more detail about additional cancellation charges see rules & regulation tab.)
Transfer of seat
- Himalayan Event seat booking transfer to other person or shift date as per next batch availabilities. Person need to inform 20 days prior of event. Otherwise slot treated as cancellation as per cancellation policy & refund will entertained in case applicable.
- Sahyadri 1/2/3 days event seat booking transfer to other person or shift date as per next batch availabilities. Person need to inform 24 hrs prior of event. Otherwise slot treated as cancellation as per cancellation policy & refund will entertained in case applicable.
- In any case of any event/tour seat need to transfer on other person name need to write email to offbeat.wanderers17@gmail.com with the reason of transfer after you may reach us at +919075431016 (Call-WhatsApp) as per above schedule.
Refund
- In any case of any event/tour seat cancellation before 48/24 hrs or as per cancellation policy terms, participant needs to write email to offbeat.wanderers17@gmail.com with the reason of cancellation after you may reach us at +919075431016 (Call-WhatsApp)
- All the refund calculated on actual full cost of the event, not over advance payment.
- No refund will entertained before 24hrs of event. See the Refund details at cancellation policy.
Cancellation
(Applicable on total cost of tour/event. Not applicable on paid advance.)
Events (Applicable only for overnight 1/2/3 day sahyadri event)
- If cancellation done prior to 5 days of 75% Refund.
- If done prior to 2 days of outing 50% Refund.
- If done prior to 01 days of outing 30% Refund.
- 0-12 hrs prior start of event. No refund.
Events (Applicable only for 5 days or Any Himalayan event)
- If cancellation done prior to 30 days of 75% Refund.
- If done prior to 20 days of outing 50% Refund.
- If done prior to 10 days of outing 15% Refund.
- After that no refund will be provided.
Covid-19 cancellation Policy:
- He/She needs to provide ICMR/Govt lab approved report in such case 100% of the tour cost will be refunded. (Travel cost will be deducted as per cancellation policy.)
- Due to medical emergency in Family / Quarantine tour cost will be adjusted in next available dates/tour. (Travel cost will be deducted as per cancellation policy.)
- State wise Regulation / Govt Regulation in such case cost will be adjusted in next available dates/tour.
Please Note all Refund will be transfer online via NEFT after 15 Days of actual event date. Due to any issue which is beyond our control or sudden govt regulation Offbeat Wanderers cancels the event, the full amount of tour cost will be refunded & travel cost will be adjusted as per travel vendor policy.
Important Notes:
- Passengers/traveler/participant needs to carried out RTPCR test at own cost wherever required and from ICMR authorized lab, which should not be older than 48 hours from the date of Day-1.
- Participant needs to get the personal medicines/insurance (Self and Travel) if any at own cost.
- All the accommodations will be on sharing basis ( 3 person) in all the locations. Double sharing available at extra cost.
- Participants needs to take care of belongings and all the electrical devices, cameras and ornaments, valuable things, we/our vendor will not be responsible for any kind of loss.
- While visiting to high territory, climate unpredictable so that any change in itinerary/schedule, due any beyond our control incidents, natural calamities, bad weather conditions, road blocks or other issues which is not in our control will be cost effective to all. (Due to which if any extra cost arise. Stay/Food/Travel same have to borne by individual/group participant)
- Due to illness if medical expenses or if he/she will not join further plan. Occurred expenses will borne by participate, in case refund also not provided.
