- Last-moment transfer to another schedule/itinerary is not allowed.
The itinerary for the event will be as follows:
Day:0 Friday 28 July 2023
- 22:30pm – Mumbai Participant
- Catch CSMT-Kasara train from your nearest station as per the below timetable.
- CSMT: 22:50PM | DADAR: 23:05PM | KURLA: 23:13PM | GHATKOPAR: 23:18PM | THANE: 23:34PM | KALYAN: 00:01PM | KASARA: 01:12AM
- Do not miss the train, as no alternative travel option is available onward. Missing trains mean missing trek and no refund will be provided.
- Common meeting point at the Kasara railway station ticket counter in the middle.
- Coordinators/Leader details will be shared post-confirmation.
- Overnight travel to base village rest in the vehicle.
Day:1 Saturday 29 July 2023
- 05:30 am – Reach the village, have a cup of tea & breakfast, and refresh yourself. Carry essentials like drinking water, some ready-eat food, personal medicine, etc, rest things can be kept in the vehicle (except valuable items.)
- 07:30 am – Start our waterfall visit tour to Bhandardara Dam, Nekless Fall, Nanefall, Bahubali Waterfall, Vasundara Waterfall. Till afternoon.
- Note: Vehicle seats will be covered with plastic to avoid getting drenched.
- 12:30 pm – Visit ratanwadi amruteshwar temple and head toward sandhan valley.
- 13:30 pm – Reach Samrad and drop the bag into the villager’s house Have lunch. Further head toward Kokankada and reverse the waterfall further visit the secret waterfall and get drenched. While returning visit sandhan valley entrance.
- 16:00 pm – Reach back to the village change clothes.
1-N-1D (Fri night to Saturday) @1400/- Cost
- Batch participants start traveling back to Kasara station. It will take 3-hrs tentative and the tour conclude.
2-N-2D (Fri night to Sunday) @1999/- Cost
- 18:00 pm – Evening tea snacks and spending quality time with tour buddies, Antashkari, and mafia games.
- 21:00 pm – Further dinner and retire of day. (Stay will be in a villager house common dormitory style.)
Day:2 Sunday 30 July 2023 2-N-2D (Fri night to Sunday) @1999/- Cost
- 06:30 am – Wake up call have bf/tea and freshen up.
- 08:00 am – Start traveling back while we explore some more 4/5 waterfalls en route.
- 12:30 pm – Tentative reach back Kasara, catch a respective train, and tour concluded with memories.

- Sat: 1-Bf/Tea, 1-lunch (1N-1D @1400/-)
- Sat: 2-Bf/Tea, 1-lunch, 1-evening tea & snacks, 1-dinner & homestay (2N-2D @1999/-)

Registration/Booking Information:
To confirm a seat for the event, participants have two options: online or offline registration.
Online Method:
- Participants can register online through a website link.
- The online registration process includes checking out through the website with the integration of the Cc-avenue payment gateway.
- For online registration, participants are required to pay 100% of the event cost plus 3% of the payment gateway charges.
- Participants can choose the offline registration method.
- In this case, participants need to transfer a minimum of 50% of the event amount through NEFT/Gpay/IMPS.
- For offline registration, the first 50% of the event amount should be transferred 10 days before the actual event, and the remaining 50% should be transferred one day before the event.
- Participants need to transfer a minimum of 50% of the event amount 30 days before the event.
- The remaining 50% should be transferred 5 days before the event. The remaining amount should be deposited as per the registration policy, or else the booking may be canceled without any refund.
- For Himalayan events, seat bookings can be transferred to another person or shifted to the next batch, depending on availability. A notice of 20 days prior to the event is required.
- For Sahyadri 1/2/3-day events, seat bookings can also be transferred or shifted to the next batch, with a notice of 24 hours prior to the event.
- In the case of seat cancellation, participants need to write an email to offbeat.wanderers17@gmail.com with the reason for cancellation.
- Refunds are calculated based on the actual full cost of the event, not the advance payment.
- No refund will be provided within 24 hours of the event. For detailed refund information, refer to the cancellation policy.
- The cancellation policy applies to the total cost of the tour/event, excluding paid advance.
- For overnight 1/2/3-day Sahyadri events:
- 75% refund if canceled prior to 5 days of the event.
- 50% refund if canceled prior to 2 days of the event.
- 30% refund if canceled prior to 1 day of the event.
- No refund if canceled within 12 hours of the event.
- For 5-day or any Himalayan events:
- 75% refund if canceled prior to 30 days of the event.
- 50% refund if canceled prior to 20 days of the event.
- 15% refund if canceled prior to 10 days of the event.
- No refund if canceled after that.
- Refunds are provided if participants provide an ICMR/Govt lab-approved report. Travel costs will be deducted as per the cancellation policy.
- In case of a medical emergency in the family or quarantine, the tour cost will be adjusted for the next available dates/tour. Travel costs will be deducted as per the cancellation policy.
- State-wise regulations or government regulations will result in the cost being adjusted for the next available dates/tour.
Important Guidelines:
- Offbeat Wanderers promote a clean and responsible eco-tourism. Please adhere to the principle of leaving only footprints and taking back memories.
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, narcotics, firearms, and gambling are strictly prohibited during the trek.
- Littering is strongly discouraged. Please maintain cleanliness and respect the natural surroundings.
- The leader's decisions during the trek will be final and binding for all participants. Arguments will not be entertained.
- Hiking, trekking, and rock climbing are adventurous activities that carry inherent risks. Despite taking precautions, accidents can occur. Participants are responsible for their own safety and Offbeat Wanderers will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the trek.
- It is essential to be physically fit before embarking on treks. Participants are advised to undergo a medical fitness checkup before joining the trek.
- If you have any allergies or pre-existing medical conditions, please carry prescribed medications to prevent serious health problems such as heatstroke, severe headaches, cough, dehydration, and hypothermia.
- Participants with chronic conditions like asthma, bronchitis, blood pressure, migraine, diabetes, etc., should seek permission from their physicians before undertaking treks.
