Harishchandragad Trek Via Nalichi Vaat

Harishchandragad trek via Nalichi vaat (path through a gorge) is the one toughest route has some steep climbing patches. This trail starting from the base village Belpada/Walhivare and taken 8/9 hrs to reach atop at kokankada. This one of most famouse treks harishchandragad has total 13 routes in which only 2 easy preferable by most of the trekkers known as pachnai and khireshwar.

Naalichi Vaat: Which translates to ‘passage through a gorge’ also water curved valley between two mountain is a channel that lies to the extreme right of the Kokankada. It is the one of the most difficult path to the top. Popular among climbers and experienced trekkers, Nalichi Vaat involves a near 80 degree, involving steep rock patches. The trail begins on a stream bed filled with large man-sized rocks and eventually leads to the foot of the gorge. We will ascend this route while enjoying nature beauty and beast.
