Kundalika Valley Information:
Kundalika Valley is a very beautiful and mind-blowing place parallelly to the most famous monsoon trek andharban. The Valley was created by the erosion of the river Kundalika is a small river flowing from the hills of Sahyadri to the Arabian Sea, also a well-known place for white water river rafting in Maharashtra. A historical trade route called Savalya Ghat descends in Kundalika Valley from Tamhini Ghat Road till Bhira village we will explore the path of Lush green surroundings. Beautiful pictures square…mesmerizing view of Kundalika valley…crossing many water streams, amazing chirping bird & waterfalls sounds. Open-air camping into mid of the jungle. The best way to find yourself outdoors from your regular hectic city life.

The itinerary for the event will be as follows:
Day:0 – Saturday 25 Nov 2023
- 22:00pm – Mumbai Participant
- Common meeting point at Borivali National Park gate. ( Request to be on time.)
- En-route pickup at Oberai Mall Malad, Andheri Flyover end, Bandra Kalanagar, Sion Circle, Ghatkopar-Mankhurd link road, Mankhurd, Vashi Flyover end, Kalamboli Mc-Donald (Pickup timing, vehicle details & coordinator number will be shared on 1 day before on event in group.)
- Short halt for washroom. Overnight travel to base. Rest in Vehicle.
Day:1 – Sunday 26 Nov 2023
- 05:30 am – Reach Pimpri village of Andharban trek starting point, have bf/tea, and freshen up. ( Basic washrooms are available.)
- 06:30 am – Intro and brief about the trek. Essentials distribution and trek commenced. (Keep your spares/extras in the vehicle.)
- 07:00 am – Follow the Andharban trail to the Kundalika Valley viewpoint and further direct entry into the main valley.
- From here while negotiating boulders, jungle, and pond stream we will start our descent toward bhira dam.
- 11:00 am – Break for quick snacks/rest. (Carry some paratha/thepala/boiled egg etc)
- 11:30 am – Continue the trail again till Bheera dam from Naali where we will connect the Devkund route. Head to Bhira Village
- 16:30 pm – Tentative reach village change clothes have lunch.
- 17:30pm – Tentative start travel back.
- 23:00 pm – Reach Mumbai depending upon traffic condition & trek end with memories.
IMP Note:
- This trail is a fully unexplored trail. Only 2 of the groups operate throughout the year. So request everyone to cooperate, above mentioned timing is tentative considering +/- 2-hrs.

Things to carry:
- Rucksack or bag to carry all things (Compulsory)
- Extra pair of clothes. (Double-wrapped into a plastic bag to avoid getting drenched.)
- Some ready-eat food like plum cake, biscuits, fruits Paratha/Thepala/Boiled Eggs/Dates Etc. (Compulsory)
- Glucon-D or Electrolytes (Compulsory)
- Drinking water min 3-ltr
- Personal medicine if any
- Headlamp or Torch (Compulsory)
- Good grip shoes (Compulsory)
- Full Sleeves Shirt & Full Pants.
