Dive into a crystal clear freshwater pond that connects a small active waterfall.

Unlike other camping places near Mumbai, The Campsite is a very offbeat and uncrowded place in the deep jungle. And when the Sun dips low, enjoy the view of millions of stars in the endless sky as you doze into a cozy yet comfortable slumber. Enjoy Delicious Popti a traditional BBQ cooked into clay pot. Wake up to the chirping of birds in the bright morning sky right before sunrise and get drenched in a flowing waterfall with a thrilling cliff jumping into crystal clear water. So what are you waiting for?

Popti is a one-pot harvest special dish made with seasonal vegetables, tubers, beans, some local spices, and/or chicken and eggs. The hero of the dish is field beans, known as val beans in western India, and the leaf of bhamburda, which grows here in abundance.

The itinerary for the event will be as follows: 


Day:0 – Sat. 23 Nov 2024 | 07 Dec 2024 | 14 Dec 2024

  • Mumbai Participant
  • Catch the CSMT-Badlapur Train as per the below schedule. (Do not miss the train as if no travel option is available till the campsite and you miss the event.)
  • CSMT: 11:50am | Dadar: 12:03pm | Kurla: 12:10pm | Ghatkopar: 12:14pm | Thane: 12:30pm | Dombivali: 12:46pm | Kalyan: 12:54pm | Badlapur: 13:12pm
  • Leader / Coordinator number and other details will be shared separately 1 day before starting the event. 
  • 13:30 In-route halt for Snacks / Lunch ( Self expenses). 
  • 14:45 Further 2-hr travel till Campsite. Tent pitching and visit the fresh flowing river. 
  • 18:30 Evening Tea/Snacks and Popti Veg and N-veg preparation and cooking.
  • 19:30 Enjoy delicious Popti, Campfire, Music, Chit-Chat, and ghost stories. Light painting photos.
  • 21:30 Dinner call further fun continues till midnight. Retire of day.

Day:1 – Sun. 24 Nov 2024 | 08 Dec 2024 | 15 Dec 2024

  • 06:30 am Wakeup call have Tea and freshen up. 2 washrooms are available. 
  • 07:45 am Head toward cliff-jumping point one-by-one cliff jumping into a waterfall with a safety lifejacket. On spot Bf and tea. Once everyone completed. Change clothes in changing tent.
  • 11:00 am Start travel back to Badlapur
  • 12:45 pm Reach the Back station and catch the available train for your respective station.
  • Reach back to Mumbai and the event concluded with memories.

Registration/Booking

  • Participant needs to obtain Online (through website link) or Offline (Via NEFT/Gpay/IMPS) method for confirming seat.
  • Online method consist website checkout with the integration of Cc-avenue payment gateway in such case participant has to paid fully 100% of the event cost + 3% of payment gateway charges. In the offline method participant needs to transfer minimum 50% of the event amount for offline registration before 10 days of actual event  remaining 50% before one day of actual event. (Sahyadri Event)
  • For Event more then 4 days or any Himalayan Event participant needs to transfer minimum 50% of the event amount before 30 days of Event & remaining 50% before 5 days of Event.
  • The remaining amount should be deposited as per registration policy or else the booking is liable to be cancelled without no refund.
  • The payment should be done as per the modes mentioned above only.
  • As merchant we provide  EMI basis tour booking with integration of Cc-avenue payment gateway. EMI option available only with website check-out option.
  • In case of cancellation of EMI booking confirmation facility holder 10% of tour cost + additional applicable cancellation charges will be deducted. (For more detail about additional cancellation charges see rules & regulation tab.)

Transfer of seat

  • Himalayan Event seat booking transfer to other person or shift date as per next batch availabilities. Person need to inform 20 days prior of event. Otherwise slot treated as cancellation as per cancellation policy & refund will entertained in case applicable.
  • Sahyadri 1/2/3 days event seat booking transfer to other person or shift date as per next batch availabilities. Person need to inform 24 hrs prior of event. Otherwise slot treated as cancellation as per cancellation policy & refund will entertained in case applicable.
  • In any case of any event/tour seat need to transfer on other person name need to write email to offbeat.wanderers17@gmail.com with the reason of transfer after you may reach us at +919075431016 (Call-WhatsApp) as per above schedule.

Refund

  • In any case of any event/tour seat cancellation before 48/24 hrs or as per cancellation policy terms, participant needs to write email to offbeat.wanderers17@gmail.com with the reason of cancellation after you may reach us at +919075431016 (Call-WhatsApp)
  • All the refund calculated on actual full cost of the event, not over advance payment.
  • No refund will entertained before 24hrs of event. See the Refund details at cancellation policy.

Cancellation

(Applicable on total cost of tour/event. Not applicable on paid advance.)


Events (Applicable only for overnight 1/2/3 day sahyadri event)

  • If cancellation done prior to 5 days of 75% Refund.
  • If done prior to 2 days of outing 50% Refund.
  • If done prior to 01 days of outing 30% Refund.
  • 0-12 hrs prior start of event. No refund.

Events (Applicable only for 5 days or Any Himalayan event)

  • If cancellation done prior to 30 days of 75% Refund.
  • If done prior to 20 days of outing 50% Refund.
  • If done prior to 10 days of outing 15% Refund.
  • After that no refund will be provided.

Covid-19 cancellation Policy:

  • He/She needs to provide ICMR/Govt lab approved report in such case 100% of the tour cost will be refunded. (Travel cost will be deducted as per cancellation policy.)
  • Due to medical emergency in Family / Quarantine tour cost will be adjusted in next available dates/tour. (Travel cost will be deducted as per cancellation policy.)
  • State wise Regulation / Govt Regulation in such case cost will be adjusted in next available dates/tour.

Please Note all Refund will be transfer online via NEFT after 15 Days of actual event date. Due to any issue which is beyond our control or sudden govt regulation Offbeat Wanderers cancels the event, the full amount of tour cost will be refunded & travel cost will be adjusted as per travel vendor policy.

Important Notes:

  • Passengers/traveler/participant needs to carried out RTPCR test at own cost wherever required and from ICMR authorized lab, which should not be older than 48 hours from the date of Day-1.
  • Participant needs to get the personal medicines/insurance (Self and Travel) if any at own cost.
  • All the accommodations will be on sharing basis ( 3 person) in all the locations. Double sharing available at extra cost.
  • Participants needs to take care of belongings and all the electrical devices, cameras and ornaments, valuable things, we/our vendor will not be responsible for any kind of loss.
  • While visiting to high territory, climate unpredictable so that any change in itinerary/schedule, due any beyond our control incidents, natural calamities, bad weather conditions, road blocks or other  issues which is not in our control will be cost effective to all. (Due to which if any extra cost arise. Stay/Food/Travel same have to borne by individual/group participant)
  • Due to illness if medical expenses or if he/she will not join further plan. Occurred expenses will borne by participate, in case refund also not provided.

Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs, Narcotics and any kind of intoxication, firearms and gambling strictly prohibited. Please do not litter, we believe in the saying,  “When you go to the mountain leave only your footprints and bring back only memories” The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members.  No Arguments will be entertained. Hiking / Trekking / Rock climbing is an adventurous activity and accidents can happen in spite of taking utmost caution and care. The Offbeat Wanderers will not be responsible for injury / accident to the participant while on trek.

Medical Disclaimer: It’s Important to be fit before going for Treks. It is Important to have a medical fitness checkup done. If suffering from any allergy or ailment, please bring prescribed medicines to prevent serious health problem including heatstroke, severe headache, cough, dehydration and hypothermia. Participants suffering from chronic conditions like asthma, bronchitis, blood pressure, migraine, diabetes etc. should take permission from their physicians before treks.
